  1. Products
    The website offers bamboo cutting boards and related household products. Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, and other information are provided for general informational purposes. Due to the natural characteristics of bamboo materials, reasonable variations in colour, grain pattern, texture, and appearance may occur. Such variations shall not automatically be regarded as defects.
  2. Orders
    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Following the submission of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order request.
    The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving: product availability issues; pricing or listing errors; incomplete customer information; suspected fraudulent activity; or breach of these Terms of Service.
    Where payment has already been collected for an order that is subsequently cancelled by the Company, the full relevant amount will be promptly refunded to the customer’s original payment method.
  3. Prices and Payment
    All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency specified during checkout. To ensure complete transaction transparency and prevent unexpected fees, the total final price—including the product cost, applicable taxes, duties, and any shipping charges—will be clearly itemized and displayed to the customer before the purchase is completed. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
  4. Order Processing
    Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on operational requirements and order volume.
  5. Delivery
    The Company works with established international carriers, including services provided by DHL, FedEx, UPS, and comparable priority delivery providers. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 5–9 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not fixed delivery commitments.
  6. Shipment Tracking and Notifications
    Customers will receive tracking-related email notifications to the email address provided during checkout at relevant stages of the delivery process. Notifications may include updates relating to: order dispatch; carrier acceptance; transit progress; local delivery activity; and delivery completion. Tracking information is dependent upon information provided by the relevant carrier.
  7. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments
    Where a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, the Company will promptly initiate an investigation with the relevant carrier. If the carrier officially confirms that the shipment is lost, or if the shipment is permanently delayed beyond an acceptable threshold, the Company guarantees to protect the transaction by immediately providing the customer with either a replacement shipment or a full refund via the original payment method.
  8. Transfer of Risk
    For customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies, the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer only upon physical receipt of the goods by the customer or a person designated by the customer. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
    Customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where a statutory withdrawal right applies, have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify the Company by a clear email statement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be dispatched back to our designated return address within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, or upon receiving proof of return shipping (whichever occurs first), the Company will issue a full refund, which includes the product purchase price and the standard initial delivery charges, using the original payment method.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
    If a customer receives a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon delivery, the customer should contact the Company promptly by email and provide photographs showing the condition of the product. Following review of the information provided, the Company will offer a replacement product or a full refund using the original payment method. For products confirmed as damaged upon arrival or affected by a manufacturing defect, return of the damaged item will generally not be required unless reasonably necessary for further quality review.
  2. Returns
    Except where statutory withdrawal rights or applicable legal remedies apply, returned products should be returned in reasonable condition, include all components originally supplied, and be appropriately packaged for return transit. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law, reflecting any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  3. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers are responsible for: providing accurate billing and delivery information; monitoring tracking updates provided during shipment; ensuring that delivery arrangements can be completed at the address provided; and reviewing website policies before placing an order. The Company shall not be responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
