- Refunds Following Withdrawal
Once the returned goods have been successfully received and reviewed at our facility, or valid evidence of return shipping has been provided by the customer, a refund will be processed immediately.

- Delivery Delays, Lost Shipments and Refund Requests
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Following dispatch, delivery to European destinations generally takes approximately 5–9 business days through premier carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, or comparable priority delivery services. Comprehensive tracking notifications are sent to your verified email address at all key shipment stages (dispatch, transit, local activity, completion).
If an order permanently exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, the Company will immediately initiate an official investigation with the carrier. If the carrier officially confirms that the shipment is lost or permanently delayed in transit, the Company guarantees to fully protect the customer’s transaction by immediately arranging a replacement shipment at no extra charge or issuing a full refund to the original payment method.
