What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, we will immediately initiate an official investigation with the carrier. If the carrier officially confirms that the package is lost or permanently delayed, the Company guarantees to protect your transaction by promptly arranging either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Returns and Refunds
Do I have a right to return my order?
Yes. Customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where statutory withdrawal rights apply, have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at natural@zenbamboogrip.com before the 14-day period expires. Returned items should be sent back to our designated address within 14 days after notifying us.

Yes. Due to the beautiful, natural characteristics of organic bamboo materials, reasonable variations in colour, grain pattern, and texture may occur. These natural variations are a sign of material authenticity and do not indicate a product defect.
